Just weeks ago, comedian Tracy Morgan went on a homophobic rant during his stand-up performance in Nashville. Now, he poked fun of the mentally disabled during his performance in New York!

According to the New York Times, he said to never "mess with women who have retarded kids. Them young retarded males is strong. They're strong like chimps."

Does this man have no limits? Stop being a dick Tracy!
